What is the Ideas application within Experience.FellowshipOne.com?
Ideas is a forum where Fellowship One customers can suggest new product concepts, promote favorite enhancements, interact with product managers and other customers, and preview what we are planning to deliver. In Fellowship Technologies’ ongoing efforts to continually create a dialog with the community, Ideas provides an open and direct channel of communication for customers.
How do I submit a new idea? Please avoid duplicates. To check if your idea has already been posted by another member, use the search box on the top of the page. If a matching idea already exists, all you need to do is promote the idea or add your comments. To submit a brand new idea, click Post an idea. Click here for additional assistance.
What is a product category?Product areas are categories that reflect the major areas of Fellowship One. Placing your idea into the appropriate product category makes your idea easier for other customers and our product management team to find.
Does Fellowship Technologies monitor the Ideas? Our product management team monitors the Ideas to understand which ones are most important and most relevant to you. We take your ideas seriously when planning future releases. On occasion, our product managers will interact on Ideas to comment on an ongoing discussion or ask for input on an idea of their own.
What does it mean to Praise an idea?Praising an idea is a vital aspect of the Ideas application. By praising your favorite ideas, you're telling us what your requirements are for future products. Ideas with a high praise count mean that they are well liked, relevant, and conceptually sound. The more popular an idea is, the higher it is promoted on the site.
How does Fellowship Technologies decide which features to build? Many factors go into planning new Fellowship One features. The Ideas application is one of the simplest and most direct ways to communicate your requirements to us. In addition, we encourage you to participate in a regional user group, we visit with our customers in person, and we conduct an annual survey. We also keep a close eye on market trends and innovations.
How do I know if my idea will get implemented? We do not notify individual customers when a specific idea becomes a part of Fellowship One. However, you can get a sneak peek on upcoming releases by reviewing the Updates tab on Experience.FellowshipOne.com or checking out the Preview category on the Ideas tab.
Will I be compensated if my idea is implemented by Fellowship Technologies or another company? No, there are no material rewards associated with the Ideas. Please see the Terms of Use for more information.
