  • Attachment Size

Don't know about anyone else but I would love it if F1 could increase the attachment size for documents and attachments, both on email and on a persons records. I just find it so small that any graphic work nearly always takes it over the attachment size limit. Even if they could increase it to 2mb would be a significant  help. At least on ...

  • Integration with Emma Email

Curious if anyone has developed an interface with Emma Email. Apparently they have the API necessary to utilize the account preferences people setup regarding email addresses and subscriptions.

  • Mass action from "Find a Person"

It seems that the only way I can create a comprehensive list of active members is from ''Find a Person.'' It generates a great list, but I can't perform mass actions such as ''Send an Email'' or ''Create a Group'' because there is no way to select multiple or all individuals.   Adding this capability would greatly enhance F1 ...

  • Email from member profile

Hi,   I'd like to be able to send an email to an individual directly from their individual or household page. At the moment, if I click on the person's name at the top of the page, then click on their displayed email address, it opens my personal email program!    The choice ''Email this individual'' would be ...

  • Email recipient summary - only shows sent

I've sent a few group emails in the last few days. When I go to the Email Recipient Summary page I check all of the options for status, expecting that it will show me which emails were received, failed, address not found, etc.   But, the only statuses that are being reported are ''sent'' and ''duplicate.''   I'd really like to know ...

  • Deleting Temporary Groups Prior to 3 Day Period

Is there a way we can delete an existing Temporary Group prior to the 3 day period?  I didn't see a way to delete it, and having it in the list of available groups to email could pose a problem if we accidentally chose that group instead of our intended group. Thanks for any info you can send this way, Katie, Cedar Springs Presbyterian ...

  • SMS (texts) using Fellowship One

Has anyone successfully implemented ''bulk texting'' using Fellowship One or any other system?  I know there are lots of companies out there to manage this for us, but I'm not familiar with any of them or what is involved.  I've thought about taking a report from F1 with contacts and trying out one of these vendors for bulk texting, but ...

  • Use Google Apps for email links within FellowshipOne (vs having to use Outlook to write emails)

The following is about how churches that use Google Apps, can email directly out of FellowshipOne by clicking on emails links, without having to copy the email link first and paste it into the ''To:'' box. I don't know how many churches use google apps, but it's quite nice.  We use Google Apps Education edition, which is free for ...
